E-Statement FAQs
I opted to receive my statements via email but recently received a letter indicating I had made several unsuccessful attempts to deliver my statements. I've confirmed that my email address is listed correctly on my E-ZPass account and your letter advises me to contact my Internet Provider if the problem persists. What can I do to be sure that my email statements are not being blocked?
Please check your local e-mail settings to make sure you are not blocking the statement notifications as SPAM. You may also need to contact your email/Internet Service Provider and request they unblock emails from the following address: postmaster@e-statements.ezpassnj.com
